1 kg de gelado (sabor à escolha- não é aconselhável gelados light ou "low-fat")

1 quart tub of ice cream
2 cups of self-rising flour
Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 F
Let ice cream soften at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
In the bowl of your mixer combine ice cream with flour until the flour is incorporated.
Evenly distribute sprinkles in the bottom of a greased Bundt pan and scoop batter evenly on top.
Bake for 30/35 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Invert and allow to cool completely.
NOTES:
Use any kind of ice cream (“light” or low-fat ice cream is not suggested)
Get creative with add-ins!
Don’t have self-rising flour? Make your own using this simple equation: For each 1 cup of flour add 1½ teaspoons baking powder, and ½ teaspoon salt
This would make a killer french toast!

Pre-aqueça o forno a 180ºC.
Deixe o gelado à temperatura ambiente por 10-15 minutos.
Numa tigela misture o gelado com a farinha, até obter uma mistura homogénea.
Espalhe os confetis no fundo da forma barrada, espalhe a massa do bolo pela forma e leve ao forno por 30/35 minutos, até estar cozido.
Desenforme o bolo e deixe arrefecer.
